About Us

Be Bird Wise is a Skagitonians to Preserve Farmland (SPF) led coalition of organizations, agencies, businesses, and local landowners.

The coalition was formed to create opportunities to inform the public about the dynamics of wildlife management on agricultural landscapes and to engage the public about proper etiquette to view, photograph, and hunt winter waterfowl in a way that is respectful of private property and rights of property owners.
